Our Achievements
Since the formation of TAMHSS in September 2009 at The Mental Health Services (TheMHS) Conference, we have:
- Been instrumental in the creation of Federal and State Mental Health Commissions – and ensuring Commissioners include people with lived experience of mental health
- Led the consumer consultation process for The MHS conferences and conducted surveys in (dates)
- Presented the 23 Big Issues in Mental Health Report paper at the 2018 TheMHS conference
- Led the consultation process resulting in the TheMHS 2022 Consumer Day Report
- Made submissions to government inquiries including:
- Inquiry 2020 [google link not working],
- Productivity Commission Mental Health Inquiry (Nov 2020)
